Sustainable Funeral Flowers

 

Funeral flowers are one of the most important and most difficult things you will have to choose, reflecting the person's life.

Over the summer months,I've been learning about sustainable funeral flower tributes and it is something that is becoming more popular as people choose a more sustainable way of living.

The picture is a crate filled with vase arrangements that can be taken and handed out to family members after the service, a memory to take away.

I've also made a mossed wreath on a wicker ring and filled with foliage and succulents,quite striking as not everyone is a flower lover.

A coffin spray,with the base made from recycled wood and a moss base, flowered with locally grown flowers.

Where possible I have used locally grown flowers but this is not always possible as weather dependant.
